Personal Confidence Checklist


Take a few minutes to quietly answer these questions on your own.  Be as honest as possible with yourself. There isn’t a score rating because this is simply to bring your current habits to your attention and give you some perspective on what you should start integrating into your life today.



  1. I have a daily mantra for self-upliftment.

  2. I blame myself even if I know it’s not my fault.

  3. I believe my opinions are important to be expressed.

  4. I am patient with myself.

  5. I am not interested in improving the level of self-care and self-love integrated in my life.

  6. I am proud of my achievements.

  7. My body language often says I am confident in myself (making good eye contact, strong posture).

  8. I get nervous about new projects or new tasks.

  9. I easily take a negative situation and turn it into a positive outlook.

  10. Others opinion of me have no weight on how I present myself publicly.

  11. I think I have low self-esteem.

  12. Everyday I show love to myself.

  13. I think I am performing at my most confident level at this moment in my life.

  14. The people I surround myself with are kind, loving and helpful in their own unique ways and I get along with them well.
